Roan Inish rests on a bluff overlooking Greene’s Bay, known for its outstanding natural beauty and breathtaking sunsets. The home is cared for by a family deeply connected to the land. Greene’s Bay is not close to town (about a 15 minute drive) which allows for greater peace and privacy. It is also known for its excellent bird watching opportunities.
The downstairs features a bedroom with a queen size bed and a day bed, a full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and a living and dining room area. In the living room is a love seat that can also be pulled out into a twin sized bed, as well as a wood burning stove. Six skylights illuminate the spacious living and dining area. The downstairs has access to a large sunny private deck with an extension with breath-taking view westward of Lake Michigan. Stairs lead down to the sandy beach for an abundance of lake side activities. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a queen–and-full bunk bed and a loft area with another love seat that can be pulled out into a twin size bed. The upstairs also has a half bathroom.
There is no cable or Internet access available so as to establish a greater connection to spending time in nature; however, there is a landline phone. This charming and secluded home is surrounded by ten acres of pristine forest. At night the stars are spectacular and the Northern Lights can occasionally be seen.
Absolutely no pets are allowed. This is very important due to the people who frequent the cabin being severely allergic to dogs and cats

2 bedroom, 1½ bath, fully furnished, sleeps eight with queen and day beds in master bedroom, queen/full bunk upstairs, pullout beds in living room and 2nd floor loft.
Full kitchen with electric range and stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, blender, air popper & coffee maker.
Washer and dryer.
Front deck has ramp.

Bring your own linens and towels.
Garage and “crow’s nest” (3rd level above loft) off-limits.
$1295 weekly in-season/$750 off-season
